Returns
How to Return
It's very simple; within 48 hours of receiving a product, you can request a return via email at snackshoes@gmail.com or over phone at our customer care number 011-14499213. we will inform you later within our service time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
IIn the unfortunate event that any of your products arrive damaged, or if there has been an error in your order, please contact snackshoes@gmail.com within 48 hours and we will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter.
Exchanges

For your convenience, we can also pick up your item(s) purchased online via our courier Poslaju
Please follow the steps below for your returns:

Fill out the Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice).

Contact our customer care center at 011-14499213 to lodge a return.

We will arrange the date and time for our courier partner to pick up the parcel. Be at your specified location on the allocated date and time for courier collection.

Please remember to include your Return Form in the parcel.

Hand over the parcel to our courier partner.
